Today….My top 5 Cars of all time
These are the cars that if I were a chick they’d make me wet. 
O.K. well probably not…because well overall they aren’t the hottest cars in the world, but they are all cars that *I* like for me and my own personal reasons.
5. – 1976 Corvette Stingray because I always thought it was the style used in the old Annie Potts [yumm!] ‘Movie Corvette Summer’
4. – 1973 Corvette Stingray because it WAS the car used in the 1976 movie ‘Corvette Summer’ staring Annie Potts and Mark Hamill.
3 – 1982 Pontiac Fire bird – Can you say K.I.T.T.? I thought you could…but we won’t talk about Michael Knight…aka…David Hasslehoff.
2 – 1984 Buick Regal Grand National – I owned a hopped up 1982 Regal sport, and did a LOT of street racing with my brother in the late 80’s…and the stock GN’s were monsters in the quarter and 8th of a mile…they blew for top end because they were governed down.
1 – 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 (Right) well just look at the thing….it was the ultimate ‘Pony’ car of its time (though today we’d probably call them ‘Muscle Cars’.)

Once when I was young and blonde (really, well, not really it was dye) I had a red 1985 Camero with T-top. Not as cool as earlier Cameros as they had downsized to a V-6 vs. V-8, but it was still so much better that the Chevettes and Omnis I had been used to. I just came across a picture of me standing in front of it in leopard spotted jeans and big hair, c. 1987. My students had a good laugh at “Professor M. and her ‘bitchin’ Camero.”

What no Vega? I am partial to the 68 Camaro SS. Just something about a car that rocks when it idles. Must have a V8. Camaro went with a staight 6 and it suuuuucked.
+++ Any non V-8 pony/muscle car is a joke….now that said, some have v-10′s and v-12′s I’ll let those slide.
and nope no Vega….not one of my fave cars. 
I’ll look around for that picture. Right now my office is a mess and we open a show soon, but I’ll work on it. Oh, and maybe ‘big’ hair isn’t quite right- it was more of a girl mullet. Ah, the ’80′s.

1958 cream colored corvette convertible is high on my list. Also 1967 red alfa romeo spyder.
I can like a porsche 911. My dad had one, and I’ve never forgiven him for getting rid of it. I loved that car.
