Lots of folks seem to be doing the – ask 5 questions interview meme – I thought this one might be a bit of fun in a ‘classic’ line.
The Pivot Questionnaire
“Inside Actor’s Studio” Questions
These 10 questions originally came from a French series, “Bouillon de Culture” hosted by Bernard Pivot.
They’re better known as the questions that James Lipton asks every guest at the end of “Inside the Actor’s Studio” show.
Answers them for yourself, and have fun with your friends. You’ll be amazed at how much they reveal about a person’s thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
here are my answers…
1.) What is your favorite word? “Please” – it speaks of kindness and courtesy, and almost automatically makes a conversation more polite.
2.) What is your least favorite word? “Can’t” – I find people often say it when they mean – will not, or don’t want to. – as my Grandmother used to always say “Can’t never could do anything”
3.) What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Sunsets – I’m a sucker for a beautiful Sunset, (or Sunrise in the right situations.) 
4.) What turns you off? Lack of personal responsibility – it is rampant these days.
5.) What is your favorite curse word? Piss, (with Bugger and Sod a close second/third). – as curse words go they are pretty light weight.
6.) What sound or noise do you love? “…” giggles of happiness. – Few things sound better.
7.) What sound or noise do you hate? Someone Crying in anguish or sadness, especially if there is something I could have done to prevent it.
8.) What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? I would have loved to have been an actor. I love to act.
9.) What profession would you not like to do? There are lots – but I’m going to go with – Sanitation worker – I appreciate all they do, but its not something I’d want to take part in.
10.) If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? You can stay, and look all the people you love are here, your Grand mother and mom are in the 4th house on the right…

I haven’t read your blog in far too long, but I’ve stayed up until 1:15 am trying to catch up, as you can see. And I may have to steal your idea and post my own answers to Pivot’s questionnaire…
