if you can’t say any of those just say  happy holidays.

but do not wish me a happy freaking X-mas – I know what it is…but if you don’t understand what the X in X-mas is supposed to be then don’t wish it to me because you don’t like the term Christmas, or worse yet are too freaking lazy to type the 4 extra letters. I got 5 Christmas Cards today (nice enough) but 3 of them used X-mas and I know 2 were because they are too damned lazy to write Christmas and the 3rd because she dislikes that Christmas is a religious holiday…uh no matter how you turn it Christmas is religious holiday even if you’re a pagan or whatever…its still religous – religion and Christ are not synonymous….the only thing I detest more than an ‘activist’ is an ignorant activist.

For my dear X-mas (I dislike religion in the holidays) friend – and to educate those who are reading this going “uh what does it mean” – go to this link *CLICK ME* and read. So at least you know what your saying when you write “Merry X-Mas”.

Sorry for the rant – really a pet peeve of mine if you can’t tell.
