Sheildman( or woman) – Fighting member of my house with no want or desire to become a squire (I have none of these, but its a possibility in the future. (possibly yomen as well but as much as i dislike Combat Archery I HIGHLY doubt it). Simple Black Belt, with a token of my house on it.
Man at Arms / Shield Maiden – fighting member of my house, could one day become a Squire (arming) if everything works out, there is usually a criteria or task. Simple Black Belt, with a token of my house on it.
Ward – A member of the house that is directly under its protection, not a simple affiliation but a (usually non fighting) part of the house
Squire wears a Red Belt – fighting, service, stewardship. learning the art of medieval combat and the path of chivalry.
Chains (silver) are earned through service or valor on the field.
Spurs (silver) may only be worn if you are active in equestrian, they may be worn off the equestrian field if you are authorized in Equestrian.
